Reservation Procedures
Please call the inns directly for reservations. You may guarantee your room with a credit card or a deposit of one night's stay. All rates are subject to change without notice. All special offers are subject to availability and requests must be mentioned when making reservations.
Cancellation Policy
See each hotels website or call directly for cancellation policy. Unless otherwise stated, every inn has a one-week cancellation policy. You will receive an outline of this policy when you call for reservations and in your confirmation email from the inn. Please be certain you take note of this specific policy for the inn of your choice. You must cancel by 3:00 p.m. within the specified time period in advance of your arrival or you will be charged for one night's stay. Special cancellation policies may apply to group bookings and during peak seasons and promotions. Several-night stay packages, such as Sample Seattle and Art Across the Steps, require one week cancellation to avoid being charged for the package. We are unable to accept checks as payment for your stay at any of our inns.
Check-in
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. at all the inns. Check-out is at 12:00 noon.
Children
We welcome children at all of our inns and can help you select the best room for your family. It is important to remember that many of our guests are celebrating a special occasion. We ask that you observe quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Additional Guests
There is a $25 charge per day for each additional guest over age five.
Non-Smoking Inns
All Four Sisters Inns are non-smoking. If smoking should occur, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged.
Pets
Nine of our inns currently welcome your canine-companion. Please click here for information. All other inns do not allow pets and if a pet is admitted, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged.
Candles
Burning candles is not allowed at any inns due to the potential fire hazard. Please do not light a candle in your guestroom. Please know, you will be liable for the damage. We also have safe flame free candles at the front desk should you wish to have the look of a candle in your room.
